I purchased a rugged smartphone in late 2025, and I’m truly impressed. I initially made an error with my delivery address, but the support team reached out immediately to resolve it—fantastic service! For my work site and outdoor activities, this device meets all my needs: the high-resolution thermal camera with 25fps recording is perfect for equipment inspections, the ample storage of 12GB+512GB accommodates all my files and videos, and the 10000mAh battery lasts all day without needing a charge. It’s IP68/IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certified, so it withstands dust, drops, and rain effortlessly. The 120Hz display is clear in outdoor environments, and wireless charging is a great feature at the campsite. I couldn’t ask for a better rugged smartphone.

AGM G1S Blocked in Australia

The AGM G1S is blocked in Australia. There are no software updates for any of their phones in this region. Contacting the support team is impossible; it's all AI and bots. Will it work on the emergency services network in Australia? I suggest considering another company for a rugged mobile smartphone.

Issues with EU Compatibility

The phones do not function properly in the EU area. LTE calls are not supported by any operators I've tried. When I reached out to the manufacturer with my order number, I received no further communication.

Not Recommended at All

Absolutely not recommended. The AGM G2 PRO is of low quality and does not live up to its rugged claims. Customer service was unhelpful.

Expensive Phone with Major Issues

I bought one of their most expensive phones, the AGM G1S Glory. It cannot process contactless payments due to a security issue within the device, and the company is doing nothing to resolve it. Customer support denies responsibility, redirecting me to the retailer where I purchased it. They clearly don't want to assist at all. I'm switching to a different brand.

Warranty Issues with AGM H5

I ordered an AGM H5 phone, and after 1.8 years, the microphone failed. I could only use a headset. When I contacted the manufacturer about the warranty, they claimed to be on vacation and never responded. After the warranty expired, I was told I could get a €100 discount on a new phone.

Failures with the AGM Glory SE

I bought a new Glory SE, and while it worked initially, it suddenly stopped connecting to the network and became unusable. The service team has been unresponsive. I also purchased an H8; after two weeks of use, it turned off while charging and hasn't worked since. After waiting three weeks, I was advised to send it back at my expense, and they would evaluate the issue. This has been a disaster!

Repair Experience with AGM Guardian 2

I sent an AGM Guardian 2 in for repairs due to a blue screen issue. I received no updates on the progress. Eventually, I was informed that my phone would be replaced with an open-box version of my original.
