Poor service. If problem arise customer service is a ROBOT auto reply only. They will instruct you to contract the hotel, and then when you talk to the property, they will advise you to coordinate with AGODA. --- What nonsense advise ? ---They are escaping their responsiblity towards their customer on integrity and truthfulness. --- Low price and NON REFUNDABLE. --- You are throwing away money if in case you do not like to proceed for whatever reason you may have. Just be careful 🙏
