I was informed of my return flight cancellation 4 days before I am due to leave for my holiday via email with no options for alternate flights or rebooking.
Email contained no information or any help except the notice of the cancellation. Called customer service and the operator didn’t even know the reason for the email nor the flight was cancelled.
When asked for for them to contact the airlines are alternatives and rebooking of the cancelled flight, they informed me that I had to pay for fees and charges even though the cancellation and rebooking wasn’t initiated by me.
Operator was really unhelpful when he asked what are my preferred alternate flights when I was never even given any options or choices to choose from.
Operator was clueless and had no idea on what he was talking about and I wasted my entire 30minutes on the phone without a proper resolution to my problem of an airline initiated cancellation.
Booking reference provided by Agoda are useless and not recognized by airline website despite them directing all traffic from their app/site directly to the airline’s website.
Rubbish travel provider that I will never ever use again and will definitely spread the word to everyone not to use Agoda.
