I booked a tour in the Philippines for Feb 9/26 which was cancelled due to weather. I followed all of th Agoda representatives instructions (Phia). I have gotten nowhere since. When I do reach out to her via what’s app she replies by saying “I will get back to you later”. I am very disappointed as there is no other way to communicate with Agoda as their chat feature is useless. I am out quite a bit of money and am unhappy as I have used Agoda many times and thought they would treat their customers better
