I never had issues with hotel bookings. Those are usually very smooth. However, I would never use them to buy flights again, and especially not international flights. They sold me a flight with a stop as a nonstop flight. Then, they repeatedly misinformed me, told me there would be no stop, and once the stop happened, claimed the airline made a sudden change. This is not true. The airline sold this flight as a one stop flight from the get go, and has clear information on their website that all of their flights on this route have a stop. It was my mistake for trusting Agoda and not buying, or at least verifying the flight route, with the airline before the purchase. Agoda cannot be trusted to provide correct information.
