I booked a hotel in Priceline and Priceline let Agoda booked the hotel for me which cause so much issues. I booked 1 reservation on Priceline. Meanwhile Agoda decided to book 2 separate reservations on that 1 Priceline booking. One was cancelled and the other one was confirmed. Priceline then emailed me saying both rooms were cancelled. So I rebooked again, now to a different hotel nearby. Low and behold, their system did it again. ! room was confirmed and the other one cancelled. Now im left with 2 rooms in different hotels. They cannot seem to fix it and when I spoke to several representatives, even they were confused on what happened. WHAT A CLUSTER GY%^$ and a soup sandwich they created. Now they cant even give me a refund on the first hotel they messed up with and im currently going through hoops trying to add a room on the second hotel. Priceline keeps sending me to Agoda cause they cannot help and Agodas customer service is a joke. If you get a rep from india!!!!! good luck because they are the most unprofessional bunch and rude a hell. If you get someone from the philippines, they will try to help but some will just try to pass you off to the next rep. MAN>>>> its soo fraustrating dealing with these companies and Priceline and Agoda seems to not want to take accountability for their mistakes. I will not book thru Priceline again regarding hotels.

Take accountability for your own mistakes AGODA and Priceline. Its pathetic that you have to put your customers thru this kind of headache. You probably will not give any type of compensation regarding this but that's ok. Sorry is the only thing you will give me and I wont accept it! Agoda is a joke so stay away people
