Booked a hotel through Agoda. Room was not as advertised:
Exposed electrical wires in the bathroom created a serious safety risk. The fridge and bathroom had visible mold and dirt. Fixtures were poorly maintained with stains and grime throughout, even the trash bin was filthy. Parts of the room appeared to be temporarily fixed with tape.
We paid Agoda for a service that was clearly not delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, Agoda shifted responsibility to the hotel and refused to take ownership. It has now been one week with no meaningful support or refund progress.
Extremely disappointing customer service and zero accountability.
