The first I heard about the publications was a letter sent to my home that mixed my work and home addresses along with my pre-married name. The letter claimed I owed a payment for 9 months of 'subscription items' and that it was being sent to a debt collector. When I contacted the company for clarification, I was told I had signed up for a newsletter, which I never received. They informed me I was now responsible for the debt and would not discuss it further. I received a letter from a debt recovery service on the same day. I am now seeking advice from consumer protection services. Avoid this company.
