As a consultant in health and safety striving to maintain an honest and reputable business, I sought guidance from a local service. After signing up for their newsletter, I began receiving aggressive payment demands, including late fees and threats of involving collection agencies. I did not utilize any of their services, leading me to believe this company operates unethically. I plan to seek advice from regulatory authorities and ensure I avoid such unscrupulous entities in the future.
I did not intentionally enroll in a paid Health and Safety Adviser course; I was merely browsing. Then, I received an invoice. This has occurred twice now—first in 2020 and again on 12/11/2025. They seem to be deceiving people into paying for something they never intended to purchase.

The first I heard about the publications was a letter sent to my home that mixed my work and home addresses along with my pre-married name. The letter claimed I owed a payment for 9 months of 'subscription items' and that it was being sent to a debt collector. When I contacted the company for clarification, I was told I had signed up for a newsletter, which I never received. They informed me I was now responsible for the debt and would not discuss it further. I received a letter from a debt recovery service on the same day. I am now seeking advice from consumer protection services. Avoid this company.
Avoid this company at all costs. Their practices are misleading, manipulative, and excessively aggressive. They make you believe you’re signing up for a newsletter but end up tying you into a contract. You won't hear from them until a bill arrives, and then they become pushy and threatening. Terrible service and support.
I'm sharing my experience to caution others about this company. After reading similar reviews, it seems I am not alone. I had no idea I had supposedly subscribed to their service. On October 8th, 2025, I received an unexpected invoice for £99.80 via email and unsubscribed. A letter then arrived stating my payment was due on October 28th, 2025. I called them, but they could not provide a clear explanation for the charges. Their practices are concerning, and I plan to escalate this issue due to the deceptive behavior reported by many.
Stay away! I am writing to alert others about my troubling experience with this company. Initially, I found their offer for free documents appealing. However, during registration, I provided my employer's information, thinking it was necessary for access. Shortly after, I received emails and an invoice claiming I had subscribed to a paid service, which I never intended to do. I feel their tactics are misleading and exploit those seeking free resources. I am now pursuing my legal rights in this matter and hope to prevent others from falling into the same trap.
This is a scam—do not sign up for any mailings from this company. If you enroll in their free trial, they automatically place you on a credit account and invoice you. Even after cancellation, they continue to send invoices. Months later, they threaten debt action, likely selling the debt to agencies. Their business model is dishonest and should be shut down.
