Visited the Linwood branch and the lovely Lynn micro suctioned my ears. She is most definitely an asset to your company and provides the best customer service. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and I now have nice clear ears and I can hear again. I have only ever encountered Lynn whilst picking up a prescription or buying something and I can safely say she has great customer service skills as she is so good with every customer.
