Whilst I have only been a customer of Agria Pet Insurance for almost a year, I commend Agria for their quality of staff, who are exceptional in their ability to engage with clients. My conversation today with a gentleman is an example of this, he listened to my request for information and explained the solution in detail, a rarity compared with some companies. I liked the way this gentleman summarised the call and left me in no doubt that not only he understood my questions but also gave some excellent advice for any future calls regarding my insurance.
