Originally, I tried to find the info I needed for my cat's operation, but I got a bit confused about it!! Somehow (I don't know how!!) a very lovely PERSON came on and told me everything I needed to know. I didn't get her name, but she was very understanding and GREAT! Please thank her!!

Whilst I have only been a customer of Agria Pet Insurance for almost a year, I commend Agria for their quality of staff, who are exceptional in their ability to engage with clients.
