I called Agria to follow up on the status of a claim my vets had put through for me. Spoke to a lady named Jenny who was super-helpful - she advised on the status and told me how to access the online account, and also updated my details while I was on the phone as there were gaps (she didn't need to do this, she went the extra mile)
