*** UPDATE.. for the inconvenience, they stated they will send another without charging me!? They already took my money! Customer service is appalling. AVOID*** Ordered for a gift (delivery to France) on the 31st of July. Now it’s the 11th of August and showing unfulfilled. Emailed last week with no reply. Emailed again today and received an automated response. I’m appalled that they would take my money and provide no communication.
