Already went over my specific comments with an AHI representative the day after I got home from Croatia. Overall, I enjoyed my trip, but there were a few occasions where things were ok, and not done as best as possible. I paid for the highest category of room and expected the best possible and not OK. I provided a few comments about the ship and crew and how they could have stepped up their game. Other comments were about the Travel Insider program, asking new clients if they drink wine or not, and not explaining that if you didn't pay for an extra excursion then you would be on your own for the day, especially when it was day 2 and you really didn't know what all there was to do on top of still adjusting to the new time zone. Not good.
