The itinerary was very good; we saw a lot. We had cultural events, speakers and tours every day. Our tour guides, restaurant staff and housekeeping were all outstanding. Everyone was always smiling, friendly and helpful. The days in Prague and the days in Sofia were wonderful. These cities were historic and beautiful! Everything exceeded my expectations!
