Absolute disgrace of a company. I spoke with an agent on the phone last week who guaranteed me my policy would be cancelled and I would not be charged. She also confirmed I would have the relevant pro-rata amount refunded that week.
Instead of any of the above occurring, I have again been charged this week and my policy has not been cancelled.
I luckily spoke with a bloke on the phone just now who seemed like he knows what's he is doing who has assured me the policy will now be cancelled- fingers crossed he can do what was previously requested on multiple occasions
