We tried to make a claim by phone, but in doing this we had to wait 45 minutes to speak to a consultant. He was very pleasant but had to speak with his team member before he could process our claim, even though they instructed him to tell us to make any future claims online (which is not necessarily easy for us). As you don't have any shop fronts, I would expect that it should still be possible to actually speak to someone for this service
