Customer service not very 'proactive'. Bought a TMA-2 Studio headphone. Registration for the free Ableton Lite version almost impossible due to erros and bugs (as they are aware of).I gave up asking for it....No solution from AIAIAI (so not that's why I find them not very pro-active)Headphone is ok, not Hi-end and therefor pretty expensive, so price-quality is average.Latency is as promised and very, very good! That's basically the also the main reason I bought the headphone for. Overall, based on above mentioned, 3 stars.
