This is not just a one-time issue. There was only one teller available, who was very nice, but I had to assist an elderly customer ahead of me in the queue. We waited for 20 minutes, and despite her asking for assistance due to a hospital appointment, no one stepped in to help. Why is it always such a struggle to bank in person? It can't just be a lack of profits causing staff shortages. I can't understand how the staff manage the stress.
