I couldn't accept a needed payment for heating oil during freezing conditions. When I contacted the helpline, the representative tried her best, but company policy required a code to be mailed within 2-5 days. To make matters worse, my address was incorrect, causing further delays. The procedures are utterly ridiculous, and I would recommend looking elsewhere.
