I would give zero stars if possible. After years of dealing with this bank, I’m done. My partner and I informed the bank about our trip abroad, yet when we tried to make a significant purchase, the bank flagged it for fraud. I contacted them, and while one representative assured me everything was resolved, the transaction was declined repeatedly. We found ourselves unable to pay for anything during our vacation, which was incredibly embarrassing. I plan to close my account as soon as I return home.
