I am very disappointed with the customer service. My recent experience highlights a lack of professionalism. When I reached out for help regarding a serious issue, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful. I was promised a follow-up from a manager, but I never heard back. This situation has been frustrating and wasted my time. For a bank of their size, this level of service is unacceptable. I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking reliable support.
