AIB has legitimately the worse app ever made for document upload. It is a customer experience nightmare. Struggling with an IT bug they mentioned but nothing has been done in weeks to help us out. Reaching out to support is useless as they will bounce you back into endless loops. If you find comparable rates with other banks please save yourself some time as AIB is not interested in doing business with you. Update. Issue resolved, I finally found someone competent that ticked the right setting and the portal was unstuck again. My tip is keep on calling until they help
