I urge you to take my complaint seriously! I recently interacted with the support team, and their behavior was extremely disrespectful, as they kept interrupting and raising their voices. When I requested a different representative, the person I spoke with continued to talk without addressing my concerns. This level of service is unacceptable! I believe you have a recording of our conversation that can verify my experience. Employees like this should not be part of your team.
