The itinerary was outstanding: Seychelles, Mauritius, Madagascar, and Réunion are all beautiful locations. Each stop was a delight, and the route itself made the journey memorable. Unfortunately, the ship experience was disappointing. Everything onboard was primarily in one language, with very little support for other languages like English, even when requested. This is unacceptable for an international cruise line. The food was satisfactory, but it was frustrating that drinking water was not accessible during certain hours (between 2–4 PM). This should never be an issue on a cruise ship. The pools and two jacuzzis were small, cold, and overcrowded, and the entertainment options were lacking and uninspiring.
