The trip/ship in itself was great but we were not warned everything would be in German - daily info, entertainment, food tags in buffet restaurants, etc etc. So this reduced our enjoyment quite a lot. A lot of the bar staff (though not all) were not very friendly and slow to serve. We found staff much more efficient and friendly on other cruise lines
