Everything onboard was primarily in one language, with minimal support for other languages like English, even when asked. This is not acceptable for an international cruise line. While the food was satisfactory, it was odd and frustrating that drinking water was unavailable during certain hours (between 2–4 PM). This should never happen on a cruise ship. The pools and two jacuzzis were small, cold, and crowded, and the entertainment offerings were of low quality and uninspiring.
