I am very disciplined and have determined the cause of my pain myself as neither private nor nhs staff (uk) have suggested a root cause of pain. Therfore, i would consider myself a good case study for aidplan. I am only on day 3 of the course so it is very early to be completing a questionnaire. However, I have watched all the videos and think it's a worthwhile schedule to follow Despite finding most of the contents previously, I have never followed it all as a programme. Perhaps this is what I have been missing I.e. there is no single problem or single cause. The only downside I have found is getting a response to questions. I understand it is not a personalised service but I have made many observations myself in the past 2 years so I'm sure it would be mutually beneficial to exchange information. One thing I have found confusing was the order of things. I watched all the videos and then found a schedule to download. The schedule doesn't reference the videos per se but it would make things easier if sequenced. I do like the way the videos are presented. They are very thorough and professional. A very minor observation would be wearing dark bottoms on a dark mat/floor which makes it difficult to see the leg movements being demonstrated. I've got the hang of it now though! Hope that helps.

The AidPlan© online program shows you how to treat the most common pelvic diseases yourself.
Most of these conditions have a chronic course and require consistent, long-term care. You can do this from home with the AidPlan© online program.
The AidPlan© online program is aimed at anyone suffering from chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), pudendal neuralgia, bladder pain syndrome, interstitial cystitis or chronic abacterial prostatitis (in men).
A 12-week plan sets out the exercise structure and the video course explains all the necessary steps - help for self-help instead of open questions.
Our experienced therapists are also available for video calls to clarify complaints and make individual adjustments.See more
