Finally found something that works for CPPS

Finally completed the 12-week course and my symptoms are 90–95% better. There are still a few traces, but I’m back to normal life – sitting, exercising (not too intensely), and generally feeling well again. The protocol really works if your diagnosis is correct.I stuck to it closely – did deep breathing every morning, stretching twice a day, and trigger point release (with roller and massage stick) every night. I also joined yoga classes, which I think helped too.I had read the original book, but without this course it would’ve been hard to follow. The team did a great job explaining everything and building it into a clear protocol. One thing I didn’t do was internal trigger point release – it wasn’t explained clearly, and I guess that’s because it’s better handled by a specialist. Thanks so much to the aidplan team for helping men get their life back.

Perhaps the programme is not just the sum of its parts

I am very disciplined and have determined the cause of my pain myself as neither private nor nhs staff (uk) have suggested a root cause of pain. Therfore, i would consider myself a good case study for aidplan. I am only on day 3 of the course so it is very early to be completing a questionnaire. However, I have watched all the videos and think it's a worthwhile schedule to follow Despite finding most of the contents previously, I have never followed it all as a programme. Perhaps this is what I have been missing I.e. there is no single problem or single cause. The only downside I have found is getting a response to questions. I understand it is not a personalised service but I have made many observations myself in the past 2 years so I'm sure it would be mutually beneficial to exchange information. One thing I have found confusing was the order of things. I watched all the videos and then found a schedule to download. The schedule doesn't reference the videos per se but it would make things easier if sequenced. I do like the way the videos are presented. They are very thorough and professional. A very minor observation would be wearing dark bottoms on a dark mat/floor which makes it difficult to see the leg movements being demonstrated. I've got the hang of it now though! Hope that helps.

Aidplan has changed my life for the better

I started aidplan and within a day my symptoms were better. My IC was being controlled and my pelvic floor was getting relaxed along with my pudendal nerves. I can't believe how much better I am with just the breathing and exercises I am doing in this program. It is definitely helping and is better than being on heavy drugs or in so much pain I can do anything.

Very helpful – still at the beginning of the 12-week program

I greatly appreciate this course and the professionals who pooled the relevant information into a succinct and structured program. I'm on my third day of the 12 week program, so it's still too early to make conclusions about my overall healing.Already, however, I've learned crucial information on not only how to treat my chronic pain but the critical underlying cause – my anxiety due to a lifetime of struggle, especially through my experiences, traumatic events and a constant fight for a better, more balanced and peaceful life during the past decade.Based on my current experiences I would definitely recommend this program for anyone suffering from CPPS.I think this program could be improved further by adding dynamic mobility exercises and a more comprehensive take on intensive strength training. For me, intensive strength training has been a lifelong lifeline (bodyweight exercises and rings – no sitting) and I would've hoped for reassurance that I can do this while being mindful of my pelvic floor.

This program is amazing !

This program is amazing, I was in much pain and discomfort for months in the pelvic/rectal area with almost constant urinary urgency. Doctors had no idea what was wrong with me and handed me bladder control pills. I tried this program and in two week I'm 90% better in all areas! I love this program and it's WORKS.
