Incompetent and dishonest. My partner had his mobile phone stolen on 23rd November he had AppleCare +. We made a claim -nothing made the claim again 30th December -nothing. An AppleCare manager made the claim again for us on 6th December then last Friday after 7 hours on the phone being passed back and forth between AppleCare and aig AppleCare resubmitted the claim. AIG falsly say that AppleCare was expired it was not and AppleCare have confirmed and we have sent screenshots of the payments confirming this. Aig just keep blaming AppleCare. AppleCare have spoken to aig who told them it was sorted but nothing. Aig refuse to allow me to speak to a manager Update. They emailed me back today still saying AppleCare wasn’t in place even though it was. They are useless.
