Purchased a Complete Care on my furnace for 10 yrs and is good till 02/15/25.Lennox dealer attempted to fix noise problem six times but was unable to repair.Lennox approved a replacement as they felt the furnace was defective.AIG would not approve as they used the excuse it does not cover this problem.I just paid $699.labour to replace furnace which I think should be reimbursed as I have coverage until 02/15/25Does AIG not honour their coverage.?I thought I would contact you before contacting Consumers Affairs.Thx for your attention.
