It's a s-h-i-t company - simple & plain...they take much in insurance policy, but refuse to pay anything if you should need it!!!"The insurance only covers tooth injury due to accident or food intake" ... My dentist at the destination said "your problem with cracked tooth is caused by eating a nut or other hard food"...Then they come to the the conclusion that we DON'T PAY ANYTHING and hope customer don't use government complaint agency - because then we will loose so hard...That tooth treatment cost $ 200, you said $ 100 was your maximum refund on tooth treatment, then deduct it with with $ 50 in self-risk... Is it worth getting irritated customers and bad reviews for $ 50????!!! Obviously for AIG....
