The hydrocomm pro was purchased in Nov 2025 but the pH calibration refused to work after a month. After emailing aiper they say there are no probes available nor new units either. If I prepared to wait without a timeframe of when they are due. I agreed and after over a month I received a new unit. This unit failed to read orp from day 1. Emailed them again after already emailing them dozens of times and their resolution is a $50 refund. What a insult and pathetic attempt. I now want a full refund as I am not confident that these units are not fit for its purpose. Nor am I confident that I can buy new probes as they have been out of stock since my first complaint. These are to be avoided and so is aiper customer service. Not acceptable
