Signing up was a major error in my educational journey. I had completed my Cert III and aimed to finish my Cert IV. Initially, I enrolled based on a referral, but if you're considering them versus another provider, I strongly advise choosing elsewhere for any educational programs, especially Cert III/IV. They informed me that my Cert III was outdated, requiring me to complete a combined Cert III and IV, which I regret doing with them. Here’s why: The Course Structure. It’s poorly organized, filled with irrelevant material that significantly extends your study time. It appears to follow the philosophy of including unnecessary content just for the sake of it. Prepare to pay for what you expect to be a premium course provider, only to find yourself enduring lengthy modules on trivial topics instead. I even raised concerns with faculty, who acknowledged that much of the content was unnecessary and advised against going through all of it. If I’m paying for a course, I expect the information to be essential; if not, why include it? The Support Provided Was Lacking. I paid extra for a mentor to assist with placements, but this only applies to Cert IV. My outdated Cert III required a bridging course with its own placement, yet the mentor was not assigned for that, leaving me to find one myself. I reached out, but they simply brushed me off. If you’re not an easy student with straightforward questions, don’t expect much support. I asked multiple questions, like whether I could switch to just Cert III, and was swiftly dismissed, with the added note that I would still be charged for the full Cert IV. They offer coaching calls as part of their “support,” but when I tried to connect with faculty, I was ghosted twice despite having received confirmation emails. After waiting 30 minutes past the scheduled time, I reached out only to receive an apology days later. When I submitted a complaint requesting to withdraw, their initial response was to suggest the coaching service, indicating they hadn’t even read my complaint. In summary, you’re largely left to fend for yourself without adequate assistance. They seem more focused on profit than student success. Their terms and conditions are convoluted, making it difficult to withdraw from the course without continued payments, despite not delivering on their promises. After everything, I asked to withdraw, agreeing to pay for what I accessed, but I received no support and had no access to Cert IV. I reasonably requested to stop payments, as it seemed unfair to charge for services not provided. Instead, I was told I was still liable for Cert IV payments and would face debt collection if I didn’t comply. This was my experience. Yours may differ, but if you're still deciding, there are many other options available.
