There was no interaction between crew and customers on the flights to Toronto from Heathrow and from Halifax to Heathrow. They delivered the food on the trolley with sour faces as if it was a real drag. The food was the worst food ever including frozen salad and bread roll with tepid tea and coffee (no lids). There was no alternative to even purchase a chocolate bar. Awful !
