Without a doubt, this has been one of the worst flight experiences my partner and I have faced. All our flights were delayed, and the conditions onboard were appalling. I feel foolish for spending over $1000 on a service that clearly doesn't deliver. It's truly unacceptable for air travel in 2025.
If I could rate this airline with zero stars, I definitely would. We faced a four-hour delay on our flight. The points system is confusing and ineffective, and our return flight was also significantly delayed. I have had ongoing issues with lost baggage as well. This airline should not receive any taxpayer support.
