If I could give negative stars, I would give all 5. A similar scenario is happening for the second year. The flight from Toronto to Munich, Germany, last year and this year Toronto Dublin Ireland is delayed by 3-4 hours in departure (last year the pilot was sick, and this year there is a problem with maintenance) and passengers who have to connect to other flights are trapped on some to other airports and destinations, normally at their own expense. It is a crime what this company has been doing to passengers for many years. If you have any chance to choose, run away from this company as far as possible.
