Avoid this company, their service stinks. I am staying in an apartment managed by them. For 3 days now there has been no internet and they have done practically nothing to fix the issue - just excuses and false promises. It took them more than 24 hours just to send a technician for an initial check who came but did not fix anything. On the third day they sent me an alternative modem with a SIM card which was not working and which, as they subsequently admitted, they didn't check. I have been unable to work for 3 days without internet and they are not even providing any time estimate as to when it will be fixed.
Never stay in their apartments if you want reliable internet or competent support when things go wrong. Never had this kind of experience staying at serviced apartments even in far less advanced cities than Dubai.
