Horrible-Very stressful & time consuming. l ordered one Airbreeze @ $59.99 & was express charged $220.45 ! Additional unexpected costs entailed an extra Airbreeze @ $69.95, extended warranty, shipping costs &conversation from what l believed was $AUD was undisclosed $USD. Tried several times reaching out first for cancellation & then a refund but continued receiving generic responses & not addressing the problem. Don't know what lies they told paypal, who l made transaction with but unbelievably closed the resolution case in their favour. This company needs to be exposed for unlawful practise.
