Horrible-Very stressful & time consuming. l ordered one Airbreeze @ $59.99 & was express charged $220.45 ! Additional unexpected costs entailed an extra Airbreeze @ $69.95, extended warranty, shipping costs &conversation from what l believed was $AUD was undisclosed $USD. Tried several times reaching out first for cancellation & then a refund but continued receiving generic responses & not addressing the problem. Don't know what lies they told paypal, who l made transaction with but unbelievably closed the resolution case in their favour. This company needs to be exposed for unlawful practise.

If I could give this company zero I would. Shonky, scam and basically, just plain sneaky company. Yet to receive my goods. Tried to cancel my order literally after I had put it through, and they send it had been sent. Weeks later, I am still waiting for the product so I can send it back and get my money back - which of course I won't because it will never appear. Also charged me extra warranty, I didn't want.
I ordered an air cooler from a seller and tried to return it after finding it unsuitable. Despite several requests, the company would not provide a return address or clear instructions. Their communication was vague and unhelpful. I ultimately had to open a dispute through a payment platform due to the seller's lack of cooperation. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think twice before buying from this website.

This product is heavily advertised on various platforms. They present a compelling story. I bought two units, both of which ended up in the trash within an hour of arrival. The unit doesn’t perform as promised and is utterly useless. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand. Money wasted. Stay away from this scam.
