AirAdvisor is a terrible company and would never recommend them.
I had a case, that was worth over $2,500 euros. I talked to the airline and they offered me $399 euros and I refused the offer and looked for help from AirAdvisor. I explained everything they took my case after a few weeks they told me they got an offer where I would receive $468 euros. I explained that that was only 69 euros than what I worked out on my own and told them I do not accept the offer, and fight more. Well, they accepted the offer without my consent and now I cant do anything else because they accepted. I lose $2,000 euros.
