Today my Aira air source heat pump installation was completed at my house in Scone. I have found the whole experience very professional with excellent guidance from Daniel Arnold with the inclusion of the Carbon Rewards based 10 year inclusive maintenance and extended warranty proving pivotal in concluding the deal.
The installation was originally scheduled over three days and was mainly completed by day two. The finishing touches of insulation etc were completed this morning. There was a team of five in total with the hardware being installed by team leader Dylan Fraser of Efficient Home Comfort. Dylan was ably supported by Dave and Kyle and the quality of the installation is truly special. Each stage was thoroughly explained and the handover leaves me confident of the long term system performance. I totally recommend Efficient Home Comfort as a top quality heat pump installation team.
Ryan and Daniel of Welsh Electrical Solutions have done a brilliant job of preparing the electrics for my Aira Heat Pump installation. The work has been outstanding and they were meticulous in their attention to detail and tidiness. I can thoroughly recommend Welsh Electrical Solutions for their high quality. Towards the end of the installation an intermittent fault appeared. They made a special effort to source a replacement sensor and return to site to replace the sensor and complete the installation. The system now functions perfectly.
