My esim was not working. It is my first time having issues with an esim. The support was absolutely not helpful. Sometimes my esim was working and then disconnected again. I lost money (i was blocked outside when I arrived in the country and it resulted in an extra of 33€ that they didn’t compensate in any way) and time trying to communicate with the support and making it work. I absolutely not recommend.
