worst customer service experience from the staff of air arabia on 07 october 2024 between 2-4pm at cochin international airport as we were travelling with two kids and one was a new born. Staff of air arabia behaved like craps, if they do not know to treat customers good then you should train them or hire new employees. First worst experience from staffs of an airline behave like this , never suggest or i will never take this airline in my life. Staff of air arabia in cochin international airport are craps.
