Air Arabia canceled passengers from the flight and then started selling new tickets for 4,130 AED. Instead of helping travelers whose flights were already affected, they chose to resell the seats at a higher price. This experience shows that Air Arabia is not reliable during crises
I just wanted to express huge gratitude to Air Arabia for everything they have done for us during those 5 days we got stuck in transfer in Dubai, when US-Iran war started. They acted quickly and professionally, arranged a hotel and meals and put us on the first available flight back home as soon as the air space opened partially again. Not everyone was as lucky as we were. Million thanks indeed!
Absolutely the worst airline possible. Our flight was delayed by 5 hours and, despite international laws, they refuse to provide the compensation that should be due. This is shameful. We will never fly with you again, and the same goes for many other people living in Egypt like us.
In times of crises, they cancel flights and then add new ones at ridiculously high prices. This is a company that shouldn’t be booked with, because the passenger’s interest is the last thing they care about. ✈️😠
During the current crisis between the UAE and Iran, some flights were stopped for several days due to emergency circumstances, which is understandable and normal.
However, what is not acceptable is operating flights while canceling passengers’ previously booked tickets, then offering the same flights again at much higher prices. This is an exploitation of the situation and greatly affects passengers’ trust.
Personally, I will boycott this airline because of what is happening.

Worst airline ever... I booked a trip from KTM to BAKU. During ongoing disruption, Fly Dubai is giving service while Air Arabia cancelled flight and their customer service is completely unreachable. I'll request everyone never ever book a ticket with this shit airline.
First time flying with Air Arabia from KUL to SHJ. I would say from booking flight to reaching my destination everything was smooth. I will definitely consider flying with Air Arabia again.
I could buy no food on the plane , the cabin crew has never change , the credit cards are not accepted, come on , you have this problem since years and nobody is able to resolve this. We live in 2026, all meanw of Technologie are available, why can't we by food with card.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Air Arabia. From start to finish, the handling of my flight cancellation and the response from the airline’s customer service was unacceptable.
My flight was cancelled without adequate communication or support. When I tried to get help, I was met with long waiting times, unclear information, and representatives who seemed unable or unwilling to provide proper solutions. Instead of feeling supported as a customer, I felt ignored and left to figure everything out on my own.
The lack of clear updates, the poor communication, and the overall unhelpfulness of the customer service team made an already stressful situation much worse. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an airline in years.
I expected much more professionalism from Air Arabia, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this airline to others.
I was experiencing severe back pain at the time of boarding and requested assistance from your boarding staff, Ms. Saritha, at Kochi Airport. She was very understanding of my condition and kindly arranged a more comfortable seat for me near the emergency exit area.
I truly appreciate her empathy, prompt support, and professionalism in ensuring my comfort during the journey.
