Check in and boarding experience at Delhi IGI was a nightmare. Such a slow and unorganised service. But flying air arabia on board was a better then expected. I pre booked meals online which saved me or hunger. Please provide complimentary water as per flight duration. It wouldn't cost huge or do charge for that in the fare. It's a pity that one has to pay and buy basic necessity when flying up in the sky. Rest everything is good with Air Arabia. I would prefer flying again in future.
