We were travelling fm Agadir to Fes on 01.12.25, got online check in successfully, we have arrived to airport 50 min before departure, but in airport it was said tt check in point was closed already and we missed the flight. There was the info in our tickets tt we are to arrive in airport at least 60 min before flight departure if we are to drop the baggage, but there was no info reg arrival time in case we have no baggage to drop.. thus, as we were checked in online, we had no baggage to drop, but cabin luggage only, we supposed tt we can arrive 30-40 min before flight as common usual practise in the world, espacially if we are moving by domestic, but not international flights.. pls insert info in ur tickets tt there is no matter if we have baggage to drop or cabin bags only, check in points are being closed 60 min before flight anyway.. thank u!
