I am a frequent flyer from the US, this was my first experience with Air Arabia. It seems that even the largest carriers struggle with timely departures and flight delays. Air Arabia is a good airline, as other comments indicate, check-in process might be their first steps to improve. Other than that, my flight went well, their staff is polite and are well-trained professionals. I would fly with them again.
