The staff at check-in and on board were polite and patient. We did have to wait a bit longer due to the flight being delayed plus my flight date was changed to 2 days later which was a bit inconvenient. However, it was easy to talk to someone on the phone or WhatsApp to explore my options. Customer support was good. I was impressed with the in-flight entertainment options and the meal was basic (sandwiches) but decent enough considering the flight was under 2 hours.I would definitely choose them again as the service was very satisfactory for the lower price.
