I am satisfied with all services on Airarabia except at airport check in, if passenger got 2-3 kilos extra usually other airlines wave it specially when u are already purchasing extra luggage. I got 40 kgs allowance where i divide in 2 bags and i had to pay 210 dirhams including airport fee. This is my only concern
